Already have a photo of a card? Send it to the app from Photos, Files, Safari or a screenshot, the same way you’d share it with a friend.

  1. Open the picture of your card.
  2. Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up.
  3. Tap CardBull in the row of apps. Not there? Swipe the row to the end and tap More.
  4. The app opens on the scanner and reads the picture, just as if you’d picked it from your photos there.
  5. Check the name, set and price, then tap Add to inventory (or Add to collection).
  • Not the right printing? Tap the card to pick the one you have before you add it.
  • Shared several pictures (up to 20)? The first is read right away. The rest are saved, and a banner says so: tap it to go through them.
  • Locked or logged out? Unlock or log in, and the picture is scanned then.
  • If the app doesn’t open by itself, open it within a day: the picture is waiting for you.
  • Pictures only: the app doesn’t show in the Share menu for links, text or videos.

Tip. The clearer the photo, the better: one card, straight on, filling most of the picture, with no glare.

  • Scanning with no signalWith no signal the scanner can’t look cards up. It saves each picture under “Waiting for signal” to look up later.
  • AI card checks and your photosBefore the first AI check, the app asks to send the card’s photo. How to change your answer.
