All help topics

  1. Open Settings → Notifications on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Allow notifications, then Turn on notifications, and tap Allow when iOS asks.
  3. Turn on the ones you want.

App updates: a notification when there’s an app update worth knowing about, at most one a day. Tap it to open Settings → Version & updates. It’s off unless you turn it on.

With Collector Pro and up:

Price alerts: when a price refresh on another device, like the web app, moves cards by your alert %.

With Vendor and up:

Show starting: an hour before a show you set up opens.

With Vendor Pro and up:

Hold ending: the morning of a hold’s last day.

On the vendor plans:

Deals: when a deal is finalized on another of your devices, like the iPad at the table or the web app: what was sold, taken in and paid. Tap it to open the deal. Show profit in notifications adds the profit; it’s off because anyone at the table can see your Lock Screen.

Replies to your reports: when we reply to a problem, idea or question you sent. Tap it to read the reply. It’s on unless you turn it off.

Tap a notification to open the right screen. With Hide numbers on, that device’s notifications leave out prices and customer names.

Notifications come to the iPhone and iPad app; the web app shows the same switches. Turned them off in iOS Settings? Allow notifications takes you there.
