All help topics

  1. Open the Shows tab. Or on the Deal tab, tap Start show at the top.
  2. Type the show’s name and, if you like, its location (pick it from the suggestions to get directions later) and your Booth number.
  3. It starts now. Change the time to set up ahead, or to log a show that already started.
  4. Ends is already filled in. Change it to when you’ll close, or tap Clear to leave the show open.
  5. Type your Starting cash in box and Table fee, then tap Start show.
  • The end time starts at the time your last show was set to end, or 8 hours after the start. On a new show, move the start and it moves too.
  • At its end time the show ends by itself (a sale or expense after that keeps it open a little longer). Clear the end time to keep it going until you tap End show. Cleared it by mistake? Tap Add.
  • A show over two or three days: set Ends to the last day’s closing time.
  • The booth starts as your last show’s. Each show keeps its own, and receipts for its deals show it.
  • The table fee counts as prepaid, not money out of the cash box.
  • To change the name, location, booth or end time later, tap the pencil on the running show.
  • While a show runs, the Deal tab shows its name and deal count at the top.
  • Made deals before you started it? Add them under Deals outside a show.

With Vendor Pro and up:

While the show runs, your storefront and table sign show its booth.
