Cash box, expenses and deals during a show

While a show runs, the Shows tab shows it live: sales so far, net profit, deals and your cash box.

Under the show’s name: its location, your booth, when it started and when it ends. Tap the pencil to change them.

• Cash box: what should be in it right now. Starting cash, plus cash taken in, minus cash paid out and cash expenses.
• Payments: money in and out by how people paid.
• Expenses: type what it was (lunch, parking…), the amount and how you paid, then tap Add.
• Deals: the latest deals at this show. Full report lists them all.

Deposits on holds go in the cash box of the show where they’re paid.
