- Open Settings and, under Help, tap Contact support or Report a problem.
- Write your question, or what happened and what you expected.
- Tap Send. It comes straight to us.
It goes with the app version, your device and your plan, and from your account when you’re logged in, so we can write back to your email. A problem report also has the screen you were on, the last things the app did (screens and buttons only) and the app’s recent errors on your device.
When we reply to something you sent while logged in, you get a notification and the reply is behind the bell: tap it to read what we did, with your message under it. To turn off the notification, use Replies to your reports in Settings → Notifications; the bell still shows the reply.
It never includes your cards, customers, prices or money. Tap See what’s sent to read the list before you send a report.
While we’re testing, a little bug button sits in the bottom corner (just above the eye when the eye is down there): tap it the moment you see a problem, or switch to Idea to suggest something. It opens a report for the screen you’re on, with the app’s recent errors on your device instead of a screenshot. Turn it off in Settings → Help → Show the bug button.
When a screen hits a problem
You’ll see Reload this screen and Send a report, and Go back when there’s a screen to go back to. What you’ve saved is safe. The app also sends us a short note about the error on its own, with no account and nothing about your business, so we can fix it.
