The bell at the top of the main screens shows how many new alerts you have. Tap it and they drop down in a panel over the screen you’re on, newest first.

  • A scanned card that’s on your Wanted list.
  • Cards scanned with no signal that are ready to add.
  • Our reply to a problem, idea or question you sent. Tap it to read it all.

With Collector Pro and up:

Price alerts after you refresh prices.

With Vendor Pro and up:

A scanned card a customer wants, and holds that are ending.

Use the chips at the top to see one kind. New alerts have a blue dot. Tap an alert to open it, or Mark all read.

On a computer or iPad the panel opens right under the bell: tap outside it or the bell again to close it. On a phone it slides down from the top: tap below it or swipe it up to close it. Closing it marks your alerts read.

Alerts show on all your devices, and read on one is read on all. Cards scanned with no signal stay on the device that scanned them.
