Team logins: helpers with their own login

A team member signs in with their own login and works inside your business: the same cards, deals, shows, customers, holds and scanning. A deal they make shows on your phone within seconds, marked with who made it.

1. On the Team tab, tap Invite someone, type their email, pick Helper or Manager.
2. They open the email’s link within 7 days and sign in (or make an account with that email).
3. From then on their phone, iPad or the web app works in your business. Remove them any time: they’re signed out at once.

• Helper: deals, scanning, cards, customers, holds and shows. Can raise a price but never lower it; can’t void deals, see reports, export, or change settings, the plan or the team.
• Manager: everything a vendor does day to day, and invites Helpers. Can’t manage the plan, change roles or erase your data.
• Options: costs and profit (off until you turn it on), approval above an amount, notifications. Set the first two when inviting, or later.
• Advanced (under Options): one switch for each thing the app does, grouped as Deals, Cards, Customers, Money, and Shows & reports, from selling and buying to the cash box, payment methods and exports. Each starts at what the role allows; Reset to the role’s defaults puts it all back.

Approvals

When a deal needs approval, their screen says Waiting for approval and you get a notification. Approve, Decline, or Counter with your amount; their screen moves on by itself. Unanswered for two hours, it runs out.

How many people

Two people are included with Vendor Pro.

Add more as a monthly extra on your website subscription, or with a show pass: one person at one show, up to 4 days, in show mode (the Deal screen, your cards and that show only). Cancel a pass before the show starts and it comes off your bill.
