All help topics

  1. In Inventory, tap Print labels. For one card, open it and tap Print label.
  2. Choose the cards: all of them, the ones your search shows, or pick them.
  3. Pick the paper: Sheets (30, 60 or 80 a sheet, like Avery 5160, 5195, 5167) or Label printer and its size. It’s remembered.
  4. On a started sheet, skip the labels you’ve used (press and hold + to count faster). Then tap Print.
  • Each sticker shows the card, its condition and your price. Never your cost.
  • The small sizes (60 or 80 a sheet, 2 × ¾ in, Brother DK-1204) fit on a top loader. Their QR code is small too: print one and test-scan it before you print a batch.
  • In a sale or trade, tap Scan card and hold a sticker up: that exact card goes in at its sticker price.
  • With your storefront on, a customer who scans it with their phone camera sees your page.

Tip. On iPhone, Share PDF sends the labels to your label printer’s own app, Files or AirDrop.

Scanning a sticker works in the iPhone and iPad app. The web app can print labels but can’t scan them.
