Import

  1. Open Settings → Data → Import inventory from Excel (or the Import from Excel button on Inventory).
  2. Tap Download template and fill it in: one card per row. Only Card name is required.
  3. Add Game, Set and Number so the app finds the exact card, its picture and its price.
  4. Save it as .xlsx or .csv, tap Upload file and pick Our template, or my own spreadsheet.
  5. Check the list, then tap Add … to inventory. Nothing is added before that.

Tip. Money in dollars with no $ sign, like 12.50. Same card at different costs? One row per cost.

Coming from Holodex? Tap Upload file, pick Holodex under From another app, and choose its CSV export. Its watchlist goes on your Wanted list, and Undo import takes an import back out.

A card the import didn’t find? Tap it in the list (or Find it) and pick the right card, or tap Find with AI to look for all of them at once: 1 AI check for every 10 cards, and only card names, sets and numbers are sent. What you pick is kept, so you can leave and come back: Inventory says Your import is waiting for up to 7 days.

Export

Settings → Data → Export inventory (CSV) saves your cards as a spreadsheet.

With Vendor Pro and up:
